A long, cold, pink one for a hot afternoon. Cherry and mixed berries muddled fresh, lengthened with soda over crushed ice, and a fat sprig of mint slapped awake before it goes in.
How we make it
Muddle 6 cherries and a handful of berries, add 50ml vodka, 20ml lemon, 15ml sugar. Shake, strain over crushed ice in a highball, top with soda, mint to finish.
