The one everybody asks for, made properly. Vanilla vodka and a whole passion fruit shaken hard with lime until the foam stands up on its own, then half a fruit laid on top. The shot of fizz on the side is optional and we will not judge you either way.
How we make it
50ml vanilla vodka, 25ml passion fruit purée, 15ml lime, 10ml vanilla syrup. Shake hard with ice, double strain into a coupe, float half a passion fruit.
