The margarita as it should be: tequila, fresh lime and agave, nothing else, shaken hard and served over ice with a salt rim and a dried lime wheel.
How we make it
50ml tequila blanco, 25ml fresh lime, 15ml agave nectar. Shake hard, strain over ice into a salt-rimmed rocks glass, dried lime wheel.
