A proper bar changes the temperature of a room full of colleagues. We have poured for law firms, agencies, football clubs and record labels, and the brief is always the same: make it feel like a night out, not a meeting with drinks.
The bar arrives with its own power, its own kit and its own paperwork, so your venue has nothing to think about and you have one contact and one invoice. Most corporate nights sit between 60 and 300 guests.
A bar that fits the office diary
What is included.
One built bar per 150 guests, each three to four metres long, staffed at one bartender per 50 so the queue never forms. Both brothers run the floor; for larger nights we bring crew we have trained ourselves. We supply all glassware, ice, garnish and soft drinks, take the empties away, and carry the public liability cover, risk assessment and licences your venue will ask for. If the venue has its own bar we can run from that instead.
Menus to a head count and a budget
How it runs.
We write the menu to your numbers and your spend: typically four cocktails, two of them batched for speed, plus beer, wine and two zero-proof serves. A signature drink in the company colours or named for the product goes down well and costs nothing extra. Set-up takes about two hours and we work around your AV and catering. A standard package covers a welcome serve plus four hours of open bar; we can run later on an agreed hourly rate, and we will tell you honestly when the room is ready to go home.
