Some nights need more than a good drink. An interactive bar invites your guests behind it: a build-your-own station run by one of us, a martini trolley that comes to the table, a shake-off between two teams, or a bar where the brothers talk you through every pour.
It works for groups who do not know each other yet and for groups who know each other too well. Typical numbers are 20 to 120, in rotating groups of 8 to 12 at the bar at any one time.
Formats we run
What is included.
Build-your-own: a station with three bases, house syrups, fresh juice and a garnish wall, with a brother guiding each guest to a drink that is theirs. Table theatre: a trolley or a tray that brings a stirred, smoked or flamed serve to the table. Shake-off: two teams, two bars, one judge. Every format comes with the full bar behind it, kit for every pair of hands, glassware for every serve, the ice to keep it cold, and recipe cards to take home.
Rotations, not queues
How it runs.
We split the room into groups of 8 to 12 and run each one at the station for about 20 minutes, so a party of 60 gets through in two hours while the main bar keeps everyone else topped up. For dinners we pour the table theatre between courses. Set-up is two hours; the interactive run is usually two to three hours with the service bar carrying on afterwards. We keep it safe: no open flame near guests, measured pours, and zero-proof versions of every build.
